IMCR, the Institute for Mediation and Conflict Resolution, Inc., is a community resource providing arbitration and mediation services to Bronx County and beyond. We are a non-profit organization. Our services are free. We are the oldest and most established Community Dispute Resolution Center in New York City. Our staff and pool of volunteer mediators and professional arbitrators have extensive experience in all areas of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). We supply a non threatening environment for the resolution of interpersonal disputes as an alternative to litigation.
